Kaspa's Desserts Braintree

Went there few days ago with my boy around lunchtime for a cake . It was completely empty , woman sitting in a box shouting at me if we want to take away or eating it , I said eat in. She said to sit down waitress will come to me . Waitress didn't come , we were sitting maybe 7min in empty place . We left . Nobody tried to stop us . Don't think they wanted any customers . End of story .

Nice food but the place is so dirty

Took 15 minutes for staff to come out of kitchen and realise they had customers. Very rude when finally served. Turned crepe machine off 90 mins before close. Was told we had to order and leave, the restaurant was empty which is no surprise. If the staff are happy to act like this infront of customers, imagine what they do in the kitchen where you cant see. Dietary restrictions: Due to the lack of effort from staff I Would not trust them to maintain nut free conditions.
