Simon refurbished (new tiles and flooring) and fitted a new toilet in our WC, he was absolutely brilliant and did a superb job, nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely use him again for any future projects, highly recommended

This is the second time we have used Simon for home improvements the first time was last year for fitted bespoke wardrobes in both bedrooms and fitting of coving and last week he came with Adrian and did a whole bathroom refit and upgrade to downstairs sink . We are over the moon with our new bathroom, the standard of workmanship is excellent from Simon and Adrian they work extremely hard and nothing is ever to much trouble. Very tidy working in the small Space that we have. We cannot recommend Brownings Property Maintenance enough and we WILL use the services again for future projects. Thank you Simon and Adrian.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Have been using the services of Simon at Browning Property Maintenance extensively whilst at my current property and previous property. Most recently on a 2 bedroom extension, in partnership with Adrian Hicks - they make a great team. Simon is multi-skilled, reliable, professional, extremely helpful, hard-working and I would recommend him, Adrian too, for any job without hesitation. Thanks for all of your continued hard work.

Had my kitchen refitted. New worktops,new sink,replaced wall tyles and replaced floor tiles to vinyl strip flooring excellent service, reasonably priced,very friendly, would deffinately reccomend .a couple of my friends have had bathrooms refitted and another friend had a loft conversion made into two bedrooms
