Never bother to deliver just keep getting attempted delivery

Absolutely dreadful service. Next day delivery has taken 2 days so far. All it says is it'll be attempted today which it's said for the last 2 days and still no delivery.

Never known anyone so lazy, was expecting a special delivery by 1:00pm parcel; gets to 2pm and nothing. Go do to to the sorting office but surprise surprise it's not back. I was at home all day and funny enough other tracked items were placed in the mailbox but couldn't be bothered to walk upstairs to my front door. Perhaps if they stopped self medicating themselves and having a chat with all and sundry they might get deliveries done in a timely manner. Also the sorting is only open for about a minute 3 days a weeks so no good if you actually work. Don't bother asking for redelivery as that is a waste of time as well. If you want a pay rise try doing the job you are employed to do.

So so bad, everytime I try to book them to leave my parcel in a safe place, they just ignore it and take it away, they opening hours are bad too which means your next day delivery becomes like 5 days. Oh and they never knock or ring a doorbell, what a waste of company

I have booked a collection twice through Amazon and twice they have not turned up!
