Have been trying to report a theft - first time hung on so long phone died - next attempt the same - third attempt held on for two hours then got cut off - next time the same and spent 45 minutes listening to my call will be answered in approximately one minute.

Rare to see a police station with such high reviews so the must be really good! My visit reflects this as i was left to getting some photos and the one chap leaving in the riot van was pleasant enough in his interaction

Fast service, short waiting times and very helpful! - Spoke to John a while ago about a Facebook scam, that was labelled as, 'breaching civil law'. He was very polite and reassured me, and gave me lots of useful advice and next steps. He showed genuine sympathy and made me feel so much better about my current situation. Couldn't recommend highly enough :) Thank you so much, your effort is appreciated massively.

I was made to feel like a crook I am still shaken by their lack of empathy for the 82 year old lady that I am .
