Excellant service. I have on more than one occasion received helpful advice from the pharmacist. I have been in the pharmacy when other people have also had face to face consultation which is more than i or other patients have received from our GP.

Dispensed medication for my 3 month old baby with wrong dosage info! Salbutamol nebuliser "to be used 2 pumps as needed" whereas the GP and leaflet clearly limits the use to one pump 2-3 times a day in such a small baby! It was written on the prescription which was taken by the staff. Even 12 year olds are not allowed to use it more often than 4 times a day. The staff should be more careful with these things as one day someone can get hurt

I always find the staff friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a glitch with my repeat prescriptions because my surgery has not done it in time, they are on the phone to chase up on my behalf. The other good thing about this pharmacy is that you can book your Flu Jab here, which usually cuts out the very long waiting time on the phone to my own GP Surgery to book in my Flu Vaccine. All in all, very happy with A G Pharmacy on Trinnovantian Way.
