Working with Jill has been our first experience of having a PT. My wife and I are in our 50s, wanted to get a lot fitter, reduce weight and start to encompass exercise in our daily routine. Jill has been inspirational, calmly and professionally guiding us through assessment, goal setting and providing advice and encouragement throughout. On top of that Jill has done it in a way that has never been dull or repetitive and she has always been flexible in her approach. Above all Jill has empathy and expertly finds the fine balance between encouragement, fun and achievement of our goals. Cant recommend highly enough.

I went to Jill to get from 0 to half marathon in 6 months - and she got me there! It was a tough journey but Jill was there for me every step of the way with help, support and encouragement - I would highly recommend Jill to anybody looking for a personal trainer.

I contacted Jill to help me get fit after years of of lack of excersise, I wanted her to help me get prepared for a tough mudder event and she listened to what I wanted to achieve and was fantastic in helping me get there, she worked a programme out bespoked to me and I am over the moon at the results worth every hour and every penny thank you Jill James

I started my personel training with jill in January as i wanted to loose weight and tone up for my Summer wedding. I have found Jill to be very professional and friendly and very reliable. Jill is always enthusiastic and encouraging through my workout sessions and even though its a tough workout she makes it enjoyable and fun. I look forward to my twice weekly sessions and i have had fantastic reaults in weight loss. I cannot thank jill enough for helping me to achieve my Goals with her expertise in Training workouts and advice with healty eating options. jill is Marvellous, i totally recommend Jill you wont be disappointed.
