Best thing I ever did for my son was to take him here for custom made sports innersoles. I am going back for more! They have made him a far better player & he plays sport without any pain. He doesn't ever leave the house without his inners in.

Well, back after 4 years of wearing my innersoles which corrected my first problem now with age experiencing patella pain in my right knee. Craig has now made me some new innersoles to straighten my body up and by doing this has aligned my knees. Like everything you have to give your body a little time to adjust but last time after 3-4 weeks I was walking pain free.

When I went for a consultation with Craig at Essex Orthopaedics, I'd had debilitating groin pain for around a year, and seen an expensive physio and podiatrist, who weren't able to help me. However, Craig identified the causes of my pain almost instantly, and accurately described my symptoms to me, before I'd told him what most of them were. He told me that he could build orthotic insoles that would fix the problem. The insoles that were built reduced my pain significantly, but not entirely. In the end I made two further visits to Essex Orthopaedics to tweak the soles, for which I was not charged. Unlike the previous specialists I had seen, Craig didn't seem to be motivated to take as much money from me as possible. Instead, he seemed to really care about helping me, and each time I returned he remembered fairly trivial details about my life that had come up in previous conversations. His attitude and competence were a breath of fresh air after the expensive and apparently inept specialists I'd seen before. In case it is not obvious, I'd like to say that I am incredibly grateful to Craig and the rest of the team at Essex Orthopaedics. The pain I was experiencing was literally ruining my life. I wasn't sleeping well, I couldn't work effectively as I couldn't sit for very long, and I felt depressed about my future. This has all changed as a result of your fine work, so thank you!

I got some insoles from this man who told me they would change my life and how happy he was every day to change peoples lives. After 4 days in the insoles I was in so much pain on my right foot I couldn't wear them any more. It took me about 10 minutes every morning to get my shoes on as they kept sliding down the shoe and digging into the toes on both feet. When I rung up concerned about the struggles I was having far from trying to help me change my life he suddenly became very rude and abrupt and just told me to send them back. No attempt to help. I have no receipt and he insisted on payment in cash, would not take a card.
