Brilliant experience. Took my 4 year old there after a terrible experience at one of the chain opticians. We were worried about a particular issue with her eyes. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful as was the optician. He was thorough, really great with making her feel at ease and he explained everything clearly. Highly recommend and from now on Ill be switching the whole family over

So I went to the usual chain optitions looking for some new glasses and was very uninspired by the selection. One was absolutely rammed as it's clearly volume over quality to them so they won't be saving my specs again. Walked in Patrick and Menzies and boy what a difference. Great range of glasses to suit all price points and a great selection of designer frames especially if like me you're a fan of Ray Ban. The team couldn't have been more helpful and just so friendly. I went back today to collect my glasses and again first class and a real personal service. Took the time to adjust them to fit perfectly and I'm very happy with end result. I thoroughly recommend them and won't be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you.

It always a positive experience at Patrick Menzies - the staff are very friendly and helpful always. Last week I came to the opticians on Saturday afternoon without an appointment to see if I could order a new pair of glasses (as I had unfortunately lost my glasses) John at P & M was amazing, He helped me choose a new pair and advised he would do everything he could to get the order through quickly . The glasses arrived just three working days later!! I was absolutely delighted (as I do lots of screen work ) . I collected them from the opticians on Wednesday morning and with some minor adjustments to fit I was on my merry way. I would highly recommend Patrick and Menzies and would like to say a huge thanks to John especially for an 1st Class service !! Mrs H Braintree
