My partner and I were informed on Easter weekend that we could no longer borrow the amount of money our mortgage advisor had created an AIP for (he worked it out all wrong). We were both upset and annoyed as we had an offer accepted and already started paying the conveyancers. We didnt know what to do and it was Easter weekend, so everyone was shut until Tuesday. I had a look online and found CIS mortgages, my partner has CIS statements which was making the mortgage process difficult in the first place. I sent a message through their online form and David contacted us within 10-15 minutes on Easter Sunday which completely shocked us as we thought everyone would be closed. David explained his background and we felt reassured as he has a huge amount of experience helping people get a mortgage with CIS statements. We explained our situation to David, and he asked us to send over some documents that same night so he could start to get the ball rolling. David was very quick to sort out our problem, working day and night! David gave us two options and explained both in lots of detail, including the pros and cons. David also helped us with building and life insurance including sick cover for my partner as he is self-employed. We feel the whole experience was quick and easy. David responded within the same day whenever we contacted him, and he kept us updated throughout the whole process. Finding CIS mortgages on Google was the best thing we did that Sunday morning as we now have the best possible outcome, and we were able to keep the house we fell in love with. We cant thank David and his team enough for all their help over the past few weeks. Highly recommend CIS mortgages to anyone who is self employed as David and his team will get you the mortgage you want. David from CIS Mortgage has been brilliant, Myself and my partner had been to other mortgage advisors who couldn't help us to borrow much for a mortgage because they didn't understand how CIS income works. David knew what he was talking about straight away and got us the mortgage we wanted. David has kept us updated every step of the way and has had great communication throughout this process. As first time buyers we didn't really know what we needed to do but David explained everything to us clearly and professionally. We would definitely reccomend David to family and friends.
