        Fortunately I knew where this place as it tucked away in Cressing. Once there, the staff were nothing but helpful to the elderly relative who was in need of their services. The shop appears to have everything anyone with mobility issues could need. I'm sure if they haven't it would be found. No pressure selling, just a concern to make sure the customer gets what works for them

        They did a fantastic job repairing a wheelchair that had developed a problem. Also gave me good advice in respect of potential future wheelchair hire.

        After sales service unsatisfactory. Installed the stair lift, and then didn't want to know about issues with it. Came out weeks ago and diagnosed a problem, but then nothing. Now the stair lift doesn't work, again.
