        We've used John twice now for a range of maintenance jobs in a 1920s build character property. He's transparent on cost, methodical and communicative and we've been very pleased with all he's done to date. The jobs included adjusting several internal doors & locks, ensuring they shut properly; removing old sealant, (& applying new); putting up external solar lighting, hanging wardrobe doors; fixing a large dresser to a wall, adjusting single and double external gates & assembling a wine rack. Very handy!! Much appreciated!
