Associated with that was her extensive knowledge and customer focus as well as a polite and attentive nature. A real asset to Carpetright . Disabled parking available near to the shop with an accessible entrance. The staff were present but not pushy which made browsing more relaxed. Upon highlighting a specific design the staff member was honest about the issues the design fitting can present rather than pushing for a sale despite it not being suitable for the intended floor space. This honesty and up front approach continued throughout with knowledgeable input across different types of laminate flooring and frame door bar fitting. This meant we were able to make an informed decision moving forward without wasting money.

Fabulous service from this store. The manager Jennifer was so professional yet friendly. She understood our needs and budget, was clear and concise on everything she helped us with. I personally wouldnt shop anywhere else when it comes to flooring. Thank you !
