Having found Derek through a completely random and unusual way I can only say thank goodness for luck . By far and away the most professional estate agent we have come across . Not only very pleasant to deal with but was responsive and he answered all phone calls and emails immediately . Made the whole process so much better for all concerned . Having moved house 6 times and sold my grandmothers bungalow I can honestly say that Derek is the best estate agent Ive worked with. His level of service is exceptional. He deals with everything personally from valuation to completion. I never had to chase for an update. He vetted potential buyers and conducted viewings getting 7 offers the first weekend we were on the market. He handled negotiations professionally and helped us select the best buyer for our situation. We completed without any complications.
