Roxanne and Sacha were always professional, helpful and timely in our many conversations about the sale of my house in Great Leighs. All my questions were answered quickly, efficiently and clearly, despite me living in Australia with the time difference. I would very much recommend Hamilton Piers.

Sacha & Roxanne were fantastic at giving great advice on market conditions and 1st buyer bought the property, could not have wished for more!! Sarah in Sales Progression team is worth her weight in diamonds! Incredibly friendly and kept us fully informed throughout the sales process, liaising with solicitors who were not the easiest to get information from! Would like to highly recommend Hamilton Piers (Braintree). Excellent communication, speedy service and trustworthy which I cant normally say about estate agents! If you need an agent who will just get on with things, then definitely sign up with them!

Have no hesitation with recommending Hamilton Piers. Sacha and Roxanne were both friendly and professional. From the initial valuation, to marketing and dealing with both mine and buyers/solicitors queries everything was dealt with efficiently and with good humour.
