        Our girls go weekly and love it. They started young at 6 & 7 and was welcomed warmly by the group. They have joined in with all age group too on Saturday and even the teens look out and help the girls. It's great to see all new members join and keep coming back to such an accommodating community base.

        My daughter has been coming to the Martial Arts Centre for nearly 6 years and it is always the highlight of her week. Sensei David Wilson has provided excellent instruction, guidance and support. My daughter is fitter, healthier and better for learning this discipline. I highly recommend TMAC to anyone thinking about learning this sport.

        After thirteen years of me and my family training here in kickboxing, the total lack of respect and courtesy that we received following our departure (from the chief instructor) means that we cannot recommend this as a place to train. The people who train here are a great bunch and many of the instructors are great - it's just a shame that we were not able to leave with courtesy dignity and respect.
