I felt compelled to come here a drop this review. I am a new client and the support both over the chat and via telephone has been very responsive! The hotline even called me back with the information that I needed. They dispatched a WiFi router with the software already pre-configured and then it was just "plug and go." I would highly recommend this broadband service. Top marks!

For over 10 years I have been a very happy private customer of Freeola, always supported with high professional expertise and a lot of patience from the very dedicated team, I wish to congratulate for the recent very complex technical support which involved an upgrading of my router, all the protocols were settled promptly both via telephone than via a very straightforward email system. I have worked in IT for too many years to mention. Most of them have been working in professional services so I have spoken to support from global mammoths to small ISPs; good, bad, diabolical, and exceptional. My experience with Freeola on the two occasions I've spoken to them has been exceptional. First time was undoubtedly a technical question. Instant response and no explanation needed. Sorry I didn't get the person's name but they knew the answer immediately and I went away happy in seconds. Second time even more technical but Nicholas went out of his way to help me and stick with me until it was resolved. Nothing of Freeola's doing either but helped me with a workaround so thanks very much. Refreshing to engage with a company where the guys who answer the chat are knowledgeable and empowered to solve the problem. Thank you

My website has been out of action for over 24hrs losing me money. Such a terrible service and I cant wait to switch providers

Cheap service provider but Customer Service leaves room for ALOT of improvement. If you have a problem, there is one particular person in Technical Support who is rude, condescending and will go out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible. How he's still allowed to "assist" customers on the phone is beyond me ..... Please start recording your calls, Freeola. He needs to go.
