**EDIT - I have now been blocked from messaging or contacting them to discuss this situation further. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not having to contact citizens advice to understand where I stand with this situation. Unfortunately, I am having to write this review as I am unable to ignore all of the issues that have been left since I used their services. I employed refresh cleaning ltd to deep clean my new property prior to my entry as I am currently shielding. Everything was discussed prior to them collecting the keys from the estate agent and I was confident in their services. However, after they completed I received a message stating that due to the time taken to clean the house from the previous owners they needed to stay overtime and gave me the option to either pay the quoted price or pay for the extra hour, which i did as I thought it was only fair. This was until I entered the property and have found a host of areas that weren't even dusted. I am extremely disappointed as I have contacted them with pictures and asked why the basics weren't competed as agreed and all I am receiving is either blame giving or being ignored. I am now having to find someone else to help clean as I am currently too unwell to redo the work that should have been done. I am at a loss for words and feel that I have been conned out of money when all I wanted was to be able to move into my new house as safely as possible. Sadly, I cannot recommend their services.
