        I was very nervous about having my gastroscopy but the staff were so kind and helping me try to relax. Sadly, I could not tolerate the procedure but the team were very understanding and made me feel a lot better about the situation.

        Mri scan done here for my daughter in November 2022, was told that if anything concerning was on the mri results we would be notified quickly, still no results by January 2023, my daughter was taken into hospital on 2nd of January and had surgery on the 10th, now has damage to her spinal cord which apparently isn't concerning as far as the staff at braintree are concerned, she has 20% sensation in her legs and will need extensive physio.
