Absolutely awful! The people at braintree job centre have no training when it comes to autistic people.

I recently conducted research into the performance of the DWP. Job Centres. Given their extremely difficult function, with ever decreasing resources no doubt its very hard at times for the staff but the service i recieved was truly shocking. Spoken down to and treated like i was a bit of dog mess. This happens daily! It was arranged by the DWP for myself to visit Braintree, and Walthamstow Job Centres as a new client without the knowledge of the staff to make an assessment of the service.. I found the quality of service provision at Braintree (and Walthamstow) to be just truly shocking!
