        Usually really good and lovely in there in terms of customer service but I went in today to buy some Christmas baskets, tissue paper, boxes and a few little bits. The lady on the counter serving me was called Fiona and she ended up lobbing the bag at me and it fell on my head. Because I have wooden baskets in the bag, it did hurt my head. No apologies or nothing. Quite disappointed.
