Most incompetent and misinformed engineer came out today to change a set of taps. After 2 minutes of being in the door, he decided it was too big a job and may take up to 5 hours. After being asked a simple question of why we couldnt of diagnosed this before coming to the job we were met with abuse and threats on my own front lawn, best we will never use this company or engineer again. I will also be recommending against using any of these services in future, in and around my community.

Disappointed. Attended to inspect a broken tap on the 18th August, after arriving 30 minutes late was there 5 minutes to advise a new tap was required. After multiple delays and excuses finally came to replace the tap on the 25th October !! And was two hours late for the appointment as he has to stop by B&Q to buy a tap even though apparently he ordered one in. Was quicker to invoice and request payment within 7days, asked for a breakdown of the invoice which highlighted I paid an extra 40 for the tap that I could have gone and bought and then of course labour charges on top. Emailed highlighting my disappointment of the overall service and wish I had read the previous reviews and no response. Also once the tap was finally repaired for some reason the pipe was then blocked, which resulted in me having to get someone else to attend instead to resolve this problem

Waste of Time. Don't bother!!! Waited weeks for him to come just to a tap and finally got here to say "It will take to long I have to go" Once he was asked why he started to get aggressive and defensive.
