We cannot thank Penny and everyone involved at Daniel Robinson enough. What was a very traumatic time following the passing of my brother was made so much easier to bear because of the guidance, support and understanding from Penny from the time he was taken following his passing to their premises right to the end of the funeral and the aftercare given by everyone at Daniel Robinson. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always there to answer questions, give words of comfort and a hug just when you need it. Nothing is too much trouble. Their professionalism is beyond question. Thank you Penny and everyone involved in the funeral for helping to make such a sad time more bearable for myself and all the family.

Myself, Julie and Michelle wanted to thank Penny and Adrian for the kindness shown to us and the love you showed towards our beloved mum. It helped us all cope that little bit better knowing how cared for she was. Oh her day of celebration of her life, the kindness Adrian and the team showed us meant so much. Made an immensely difficult day so much easier. This is the second time of using Daniel Robinsons, as two years ago they looked after our brother. The kindness and support given to us then, made choosing them for mum an easy choice. Thankyou to everyone who spoke to us, and who helped care for mum. ( doreen hunnable)

We can't thank Penny and the team enough for their kindness, compassion and professionalism. During such a difficult time they were so supportive and helpful, ensuring the whole process was as seamless as possible. We are so grateful to them for ensuring our mum had such a beautiful send off. With love x

This company were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The are so professional, caring, supportive & helpful. Since my mum passed away, nothing has been too much trouble. Its a really personal committed team and what is at difficult time for anyone its really comforting to know that youre loved ones are in such good hands. I cant speak highly enough of them all.

Posting on behalf of Jane Sawyer- A huge thank you to Louise and her team for arranging my mums funeral. Louises guidance, empathy and compassion was second to none. Loosing my mum so suddenly I wasnt sure where to even begin. However Louise guided me through the painful choices I had, ensuring the day was as special as my mum. She was there every step of the way for me and my family and we couldnt have got through it without her. I am especially grateful for the way mum was looked after and how we were treated when visiting the chapel of rest.
