My son had an issue with his Xbox so I went in today to get it sorted. I was served by 2 young men, one the manager. They explained I had to contact Microsoft to start the process. Long story short - Microsoft support was dreadful. Argos customer support was superb. Issue sorted. Thank you.

Pointless should of remained at old location hardly have anything I need to buy except a chess/draughts set if you want anything just order online instead less hassel as 90% of items has to be ordered in anyway

Be careful with the braintree branch they resell returned broken items so you need to make a second journey in

Moody, unfriendly manager. Refused to refund a product I'd bought just 36hrs earlier that I hadn't used. Went outside and called customer services from the car park who refunded me over the phone, arranged to collect the item from my door and gave me a 20 goodwill gift voucher for the poor service I'd received. I'll avoid this store in future.
