        Had an appointment booked and had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes to be seen. Reception never said sorry for the delay and a sit and wait client was taken in before us. We had another appointment elsewhere and were late for that also. The dental treatment that day good as always but felt last visit customer care was poor.

        Ive been with this dentist for roughly 20 years, Dr Parker and the other staff are some of the kindest and most understanding dentists you could meet and will do what they can if your nervous.
