Noel House Dental Practice

What an amazing dental surgery, I have only been a patient a few months but the quality of service and patient care is of such a high standard. From the wonderful young lady on reception who is always at the top of her patient care to the dental team who I have just experienced demonstrating excellent team work, professional ability and patient care. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough !

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The two ladies on reception are lovely and so helpful. Betty the dentist is really great. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation with the hygienist Nicky, and she was absolutely fantastic, my teeth are sparkling . Cannot recommenced them enough. Thanks a million. Dan

A lady has mention here exactly what happened to me today, I went up there to try make an emergency appointment as I really need to be seen, only to be told that I am not a patient anymore as I had missed 2 appointments one of them when I had covid back in 2021 and I did call them and most definitely the person talking to me did not make any note. So now because of the receptionist fault I have now to look for another practice. Disgraceful. Have asked for an email to make a complaint and was given the practice email I can almost bet that they will just ignore it as they will not hold themselves accountable. Do not recommend this practice to anyone as they will just ditch you easily like that.

Absolutely awful experience called up to book a routine check only to be told very abruptly by the receptionist that i had been kicked off the books for not attending an appointment. This was an appointment that was made and i had covid and did make them aware but obviously got missed. Had no notification to make me aware this was happening or even aware of this poilcy if you don't attend an appointment i was told to e mail the manager but had no response.

Absolutely amazing. I am an extremely nervous patient and recently had to have a difficult extraction done. I can't praise Betty and her nurse enough. Both of them so kind and understanding. Reception staff very helpful.
