Cable Monkey

Went there hoping to get some cables but stupid way they wanted to me to order it so couldn't be bothered as too much hassle. Loss to them will never try and order from them again. I was in the carpark too and there was no signal to make an order which added to the hassle

We ordered some parts through Cable Monkey and had to make some returns and hopefully get a refund. Vaida through customer support was helpful and swift in resolving the issue they kept the goods we didn't need and we got a refund even months later : )

amazing service got my cables at 8am next day, customer service even reached out to see how i wanted my cables cut. i frequently order my networking gear from here HIGHLY recomend

I've placed a second order of CAT 5e cables with these guys despite them completely getting my last order wrong and offering no compensation. In this most recent order, Cable Monkey's overpriced couriers decided to deliver it on the wrong day, then have the item sit in their warehouse for a further 5 days with no communication, and lies about a card being left (I checked my CCTV). The delivery was finally re-attempted 5 days later with no communication, and then they delivered it to my neighbour without my consent. I've finally got my package and Cable Monkey have sent the completely wrong items! Again! The same mistake as last time. This company needs to have better quality control and fire their warehouse staff. Absolute joke of a company. I hope they go out of business.
