Wonderful service. The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Would recommend them to everyone locally at the moment they stock more than you realise and lots of prices match the big supermarkets.

Went in to collect a parcel at 3:15, bar 2 school kids looking at the drinks selection I was the only person in there. I approached the till (no queue) and the man, who I had not seen before told me he is not going to give me my parcel and I have to come back after the school rush. I pointed out that there is no one there yet he still refused. My partner then went in no more than 5 minutes later and asked for the exact same parcel and was given it without any hesitation, bearing in mind there were now more customers in the shop plus some school kids queueing outside!! So what difference is there other than my partner being male and me female?! Never had a problem before however, that struck me as arrogance, especially as there were no other customers when I was there. Will not be using them again.

I have booked to drop off a parcel to a Premier shop to send a parcel, however the shop keeper refused to accept my parcel because it's too big 54x54x53cm, and said even the Evri driver won't take it!! what a waist of time & fuel, I was very disappointed, and I have explained to the shop keeper that your shop is listed and offered to me to drop off my parcel to you but he refused to accept it. I have told him that you should inform Evri to remove you from their website he said he already did told them but evri doesn't listen. I only make 20p per parcel, yours is too large it's not worth it. To try to contact Evri on the spot is impossible, the help tab takes you to an automated chat, which of course doesn't deal with this kind of problems. I am really upset about the service and I won't use it nor will I recommend it to anyone.
