I spoke to apple repair co about my macbook air which has water damage and asked if they could fix it. They told me it was likely they would be able to fix it but couldn't be 100% they also said it would take a couple of days maximum as they will do a diagnostic test and then hopefully fix it depending on the issue which I was fine with. I dropped my laptop off on wednesday morning and by Friday at midday I received no communication with them regarding my laptop. Therefore I rung them asking whether they had started any work on my laptop, I was told it was currently under diagnosis and they would call back this afternoon. I never received a call so I was without my laptop for the weekend despite being told it would take around 2 days. On Monday I still received no communication from Apple Repair Co who again advised me it was under diagnostic testing and they would phone back this afternoon. I was then told later that afternoon they didnt have the right adapter for the macbook air and they couldn't do anything so I went to collect my laptop. Very disappointed it took them over 4 working days to inform me they did not have an adapter and therefore conducted no diagnosis. Communication and service was very poor in my opinion. Will not be using them again and would not recommend unfortunately.
