Still downloading some files, and barely having been sat there for five minutes, when a staff member came over and told me "just so you know, you need to have bought something to sit here." This is a perfectly good policy, and i had every intention of buying something, but the staff member was very rude. Definitely some more training needed.
I was also told that the shop would be closing in "about 20 minutes" despite all information saying that the cafe closes at 7pm on Fridays. Very disappointing, not recommended.
