Amazing experience, probably the busiest Costa I have ever been in and everything was running smoothly and staff were happy, whoever trained these guys should visit the Southend,Rayleigh and Hockley Costas to improve their services.

Served by Adriana who couldnt care less if she served me or not. No customer service, smile or thanks. Impolitely spoken to. Had to ask for a receipt twice. Put it on the counter rather than my outreaching hand. Wasnt asked if I was drinking in or taking away. Spoke with the lady making the drink, Maddie who made it to take away. Regret going to be honest. Not money well spent.
