I ordered 50caps they all came back with threading hanging off them in numerous places of the cap I.e where the snap has been sewn on, on the corners and underneath the peak Etc. I got in touch with the company spoke to Nadia who informed to send pics. I had to quality control finished products that shouldve been done by the manufacturer andI took 93 pics showing stitching coming apart however once sent Nadia informed this is how they come due to bulk order and being a trucker cap all 50 caps with stitching coming a part and there is nothing they can do and was told to trim the stitch myself with good luck with retailing. I stressed I should have to quality control finished products and trim off stitching coming apart, I fairl eequested partial refund as however they reiterated this how they come and declined a partial refund. Further more my emails were ignored so im 400 down with caps unfit for purpose as I can not retail them. The company did have a stand at a makeitbritish event and this lead me to order the caps however the caps are made in China which there is nothing wrong with manufacturing in China however dont portray to make it british on their Instagram . Avoid and pay a little extra for a better quality finish on the product and avoid SLBlackLabel/sharonlee PS If any one wants to see their product defects I am happy to send pics via email dont believe their flashy ooking website and marketing.
