        Justin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I called about a strike problem with an 18th C. Eardley Norton clock and in a matter of minutes was able to advise and help me move forward with correcting the issue. Many thanks Justin.

        Took Photos of my late Grandmother's Cuckoo Clock, Sent them to Justin to see if it was something he could repair.. He said, "Come to my Saturday Clock Clinic, and I can try a few things to get it working again." Travelled 3 hours each way for Justin to have one look at the Cuckoo Clock and dismiss it. He didn't have the time of day for me (even though I was the only one in his shop at the time!) Didn't even bother opening up the clock to investigate the fault. Very disappointing service!
