We enjoy coming to Nandos Braintree as they are all so accommodating when you get there, Food is always exactly how we want it. Service is great and they really make you feel welcome. We learned today the guys name (Dan) He always remembers us and never has a day off . The lady at the end was so friendly today too. We didnt catch your name but she only works weekends and bank holidays keep up the good work youre all so friendly. We visit here when we have just finished work and need to de-stress.

Very friendly staff lots of smiles.! Had to wait for about 20 mins for a table, message come through on the phone saying table is ready Food is normal like any other Nandos.but the staff is sure a 5 stars rating.

I was served by Amber and seated by Becky. As per usual I received absolutely amazing customer service. The food was cooked to perfection a slight wait time but the restaurant were really busy. Amber made the time to connect with us and was very personable whikst maintaining a great level of professionalism. Keep up the great service and food guys
