What can you say about these guys, always a friendly efficient service. Shop extremely well laid out and stocked. When we had a problem with an item it was exchanged instantly, (Fault with manufacturer not the Cake Front) and a different product recommended which we now use all the time. We certainly won't be going anywhere else for our cake products.

Unprofessional and poor service. 2 separate occasions. First my mum had wrongly brought a very large amount of black fondant. Contacted them within an hour to explain and refused point blank to offer assistance, exchange or refund. Was a regular customer up to this point. Then had blocked me on all their social media platforms. 1 year later, tried their services again afew times to be met with Unprofessional and rude customer service. Then due to covid19 and a situation out of my control and unfortunately not been able to collect a 2.55 topper all services refused. No statement of this in their T & C (if you fail to collect a personalised item you'll be refused future service).

They have everything I could ever need. The odd little bits that you need to finish a cake order, and they are there for you. They are a lot cheaper than Hobby Craft and so much friendlier. This is my top shop for all the little bits I need to add that extra sparkle to my creations. I won't go anywhere else now
