We are so impressed with this local family run company. We ordered our 12 cupboard door handles on the Monday and they were here the next day , excellent quality, well made, as described, great price . Nothing to fault and exactly as described and what we wanted. We ordered the satin copper pipe design pull handle. Thank you for the beautiful product and ease of service.

Ordered my door handles from here, lovely quality fast delivery. Ordered some more at the start of the month and somehow they were delivered else where, spoke to Ben and he got it sorted out asap. Excellent service and stunning handles. Will 100% be ordering more hardware for windows and doors and recommending to others!! :-)

Unbelievable. They are so proud of their high level of customer service and satisfaction, yet cannot reply to not only one, but two emails? I simply asked for their expert opinion on two of their product lines, which would have resulted in the sale of one of the two products I enquired about. Clearly they have no need of new customers, and, if this is the level of service provided by Ironmongery Experts for new customers, I shudder at the thought of their after-sales service. Not impressed.
