        When trying to purchase some skirting board, the receptionist told me to wander around the yard to find someone to ask. I did so but couldn't find anyone. I returned the office. The receptionist pointed into the distance and told me the help would be there. Appalling customer service! I was not going to walk around the yard again so I left. I'm sure they all had phones so why couldn't she have called someone to help me?
