      • NEVER WICKES

        5 months+ (March 2023) with no kitchen fully installed- purchased from Braintree Wickes store in September 2022. Incompetency at all levels including, regional installation manager E.L , M&S Kitchens of South Woodham Ferrers who installed poorly fitted/damaged units and walks away from installing the worktops which still after 5 months have not been installed. 2nd fitter declined work due to the amount of errors. Wickes customer service the worst I ever dealt with even after submitting a Section 75 claim Wickes will not pull their finger out. Do not bother with a Wickes kitchen- Howden's or Wren would never have put me in this position. Lesson learned!
