I had a problem whilst trying to use the photo service. However, the assistance I received from the staff to resolve the issue was fantastic. 27/1/23 Used the pharmacy side today & I find it frustrating that the surgery had issued the prescription on 23/1 and yet it still wasn't ready and they then pull it from a box and tell me it'll be about another 10 minutes. Just wish they would actually deal with requests in a more efficient way. 7/4/23 Today's update relates to the pharmacy department which is disappointingly slow & clearly understaffed as far as serving is concerned. The fact that it was a Bank Holiday is irrelevant because it is regularly like this. Almost half an hour to collect a prescription I'd already been advised was ready.
