Came in with my 11 year old autistic son to set up his 1st account, the gentleman who helped us was Amazing! , so friendly, helpful, and a appreciated member of staff. Thank you so much for your help

Appalling.. seriously, we pay to bank in that the banks makes money off our money we hold with them. So why should I wait ages to make a withdrawal or deposit. Not only that but the person walking round with a tablet offering to help should be behind a desk, that way the queue goes down quicker. Many people want interaction and proof the money has been deposited and to that end Halifax fail miserably. Not only that, but closing at 4 on a week day! It's a little less than useless for those of us that work normal jobs let alone those of us working shifts.

Customer service is good but they need to look at there opening and closing times. Closing at half 3 in the afternoon and not opening a weekends makes it very difficult for me to be able to pay money into my account.
