Barclays Bank Braintree so difficult to see a human being, Dont like using the machines not that keen on Internet banking either Im old school

Been trying to ring for days and wait for 30 -40 mins at a time, de -graceful service, I know they are busy and its not the people in the bank , you shouldn't have to get in your car and drive all the way to the back to talk to the advisor.
