        Thank you so much to the staff in Braintree. My dad needed to change his account due to unfortunate circumstances. He has dementia. Jason in particular, along with the other members of staff have been so patient and supportive with him. They spoke to my dad with patience and did not rush him in anyway. He really is so thankful for the service he received, as am I. Thank you again.

He provided excellent customer service and great attention to detail...all issues resolved first time, which was a relief for us both, especially being new to the area. Thank you Jason!

        Avoid!!! Always recommended this bank for its friendly helpful staff although the manager I met today is a nasty little pig and I will never use or recommend santander again manager should be replaced
