Glotech Repairs

Got there in the end - initial problem with our fridge freezer was misdiagnosed, and once the correct issue had been addressed after a number of weeks waiting for the part, another issue came up as a result of the work done first time round on the wrong part. However Glotech were very quick to reschedule appointments when parts were available, didn't charge extra call out fees and got the problem sorted on the fourth visit. Just.. we could probably have done it in two visits with a bit more attention to detail. Would still use them again though - the first company we called out didn't even look in the right part of the fridge and wasted a month of our time Service: Refrigerator repair

Had a malfunctioned thermostat and broken wire holder. They replaced full wiring harness in washer / dryer. Had to rebook them out as heating still didn't work, asked on day of appointment if I was still scheduled. They said no that they didn't see appointments for me then texted me later that day that I was on the list with no call. They didn't answer the phone nor call back when I tried to get ahold of them to verify. I emailed and they said I missed the tech and that I'll have to rebook in the future. Please fix your communication. They also use IP phones which do not have the best stability. Services: Dryer repair, Washing machine repair
