        We would happily recommend this company. The support team are excellent and very responsive. The engineers are always friendly, professional, transparent about their costings and honest about timings /availability of stock. They have always been efficient and have resolved any issues weve had. Services: Washer/dryer repair, Dishwasher repair

        We called on Monday morning and had a call out visit that afternoon. The call out charge of 35 (+ VAT) was advised straight away. Cornel arrived on time, we played him a recording of the horrible noise our fan oven was making. He diagnosed the problem straight away and, had he had the spare part in his van, would have done it straight away. Instead a time was booked for the following day. Clear price of the part given and the cost of replacing it. Cornel turned up bright and early and within 30 minutes job was done and oven tested. He even showed us where the bearings had been damaged. Really pleased on three points, firstly clear cost of call out, secondly quick and efficient response and thirdly really courteous engineer. Would highly recommend.
