        Awful service. Waited around 20 minutes at the entrance until a waiter finally sat us a table. Then sat at the table we waited around 30 minutes then walked out as nobody even came over to ask if we want a drink or if we was ready to order. Wasnt even busy, even closed the menus to show we are ready and asked a member of staff to order and she said she will get our waiter which never happened.

        Me and my wife travel up and down the country for work and regularly visit this TGIs, always good service, great food and amazing staff! I'm sorely disappointed to read on Unite the Union's hospitality twitter feed that TGIs have taken away staff meals?!? This is awful behaviour, especially in the current financial climate, I doubt the executive types will be buying their own lunches. Next time we're down south I think we'll be going somewhere else for our food and drink.
