        Shame I carnt give 1star! Horrendous woman! Never gets back to you and cost me a fortune in bad advice and fines! Youve been warned. (I had 2 businesses with her but can only post 1 review under this account)

        Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars. I cannot believe this woman is still trading. She took so much money from my company that we very nearly went into liquidation. She is rude and deceitful. Everything she did was incompetent, slipshod or late. I checked her qualifications and they are bogus!!!! If you go to companies house you will see that her own accounts are overdue AGAIN!!!. and if you keep digging she has repeatedly come close to being struck off! If she cannot keep her own accounts in order then there is no way she will be able to keep yours. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

        Do not use or trust this accountancy firm. They took 1500 of my money while I was unwell upfront and then after not doing any work refused to pay the money back. This has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. After asking for the money politely for over 2 months they made many excuses, ignored me and still I havent received a refund.

        Dont trust an accountant who take your money up front and makes numerous excuses for not paying it back over many months!!

        Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company. I have since changed to another Accountant and they are refusing to hand over all my data including Quickbooks access to my new accountant. Her website states she is a member of Association of Certified Public Accountants but when I asked them if she was a member, this was their reply: Dear Sir/Madam Janette Allen is no longer a member of our Association. - her membership ceased in January 2020. She should not be using our logos on her website and has been told to remove them Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your complaint, you may wish to check her website in case she holds membership of another professional body Regards CPAA Team If you want a stress free accountant, go elsewhere.
