My partner and I used Nik Radojcic as our mortgage advisor. We are delighted to say this was a brilliant choice. Nik was excellent throughout - he replied to calls, queries and any upsets almost instantly allowing us both to be reassured throughout the process. Nik arranged several meetings via zoom, we also had the option to meet face to face if preferred. Processes he used were clearly outlined allowing us to be aware of everything happening on his side. He compared several rates of different lenders in front of us, answering any questions clearly and precisely so we were not in the dark. Nik then arranged our mortgage protection insurance to which he went through every question in detail allowing us to make the correct choice. I have used Rhodes to consolidate all my existing pensions and they have been and continue to be communicative and effective at chasing down information for me. I would like a little less paper work to be sent so frequently but the service is a very good one.
