Absolutely delighted with Bear Valley Timber. An excellent job of crowning and trimming my tree the largest Hornbeam in Northamptonshire. They sent me a professional quotation the same day as viewing and assessing the job, the price was very competitive and a date was set very soon afterwards. No complaints whatsoever. Job done.

It is not very often you get a chance to praise such good service. Large branch from big willow tree ended up on top of my neighbour's and our fence in the strong winds last Tuesday 4th May. Contacted Bear Valley on Wednesday came out the same day. Work complete by Friday 7th May. Excellent job great team of guys. Asked Bob to look at another tree, when it came to it the tree was dangerous, too dangerous to climb due to disease. They sent a team back on Monday and took down a huge ash tree. Left me with some excellent firewood and took the rest away. I could not believe how poor condition the tree was in. Excellent service from a team of true professionals.

I met Bob on site at a school we are re-landscaping the gardens. Bob surveyed the two gardens, looking at the trees and 'self-set' shrubs, we discussed the aim of the work and he was able to photograph and 'draw' the ideal approach to reducing the height (as per client wishes) and crown-cleaning to open up the trees and ground beneath their canopy; thus improving the health of the trees and light into the rest of the garden beneath them. Our client was happy with the information, options and photo plan and it was all systems go. Bob and his team arrived punctually on site and after a brief site walk, health and safety info, they steamed into the work. With their specialist 'climbing' teams and the 'greedy Timberwolf'; they just kept going. They are a class act, clearing up as they went and even cut back an ivy wall and various other bits to make sure we were happy with the site when they finished. Great team of men, work hard and do a fantastic job. They helped out with the hire of their digger, when we were let down by our usual hire company. "Cleanest digger" every seen too! Great team, great skills, excellent job and company. Definitely our 'go to' for future 'tree work' and tracked digger hire. Wendi B MAXIMOW Projects

We needed our silver birch tree tidying up as it was hanging over the road and pathway. The team from Bear Valley did a great job of sorting it out. No fuss or mess and such a lovely bunch of lads. Thanks Guys
