Reflexology every month is a great investment in myself. Paula Jacobs is the best reflexologist I have used and is highly skilled. I always leave relaxed and with a sense of wellbeing. Thank you, Paula x

I went to Tarka Holistics as I was suffering with terrible gout and sleepless nights due to the pain. I have had 3 reflexology sessions with Paula, and can honestly say from the first session, my gout improved, the swelling went down and I am sleeping better. I would highly recommend Paula and her treatments, they are gentle and relaxing and enjoyable.
