Manager doesn't care and staff talk down to you, similar to the way you would talk to a naughty dog.
Just visited this evening to get monster munch to be told no, why because the lazy staff member didn't want to walk on a bad knee.
Guess what its your job!
And the sarcastic attitude and unwillingness to help was beaming out of her.
This is not the first unpleasant experience at this establishment.
