Often lots of bird life, there is a very accessable route if you dont want a muddy one, but the paths that run across offer the best views and wild life.

Three white tailed eagles were seen, along with the usual over wintering wildfowl.

Beautiful location for walking and bird watching. There is an abandoned railway track that goes from Brading (Quay Lane) to Carpenters Road (just outside St Helens), which is ideal for walking and cycling.
